John E. Drummond aka John E. Drummond, Sr's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 18, 2022,  a Complaint was filed in the matter of Nationstar Mortgage, LLC v. John E. Drummond aka John E Drummond Sr's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, Case No. 22CV 1461 the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503 seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) John E. Drummond aka John E. Drummond Sr's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 46 Allerton Ct., Youngstown, Ohio 44505 and known as Parcel Number 53-230-0-102.000. A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Mahoning County Auditor's Office, located at 120 Market Street, 1st Floor, Youngstown, Ohio 44503.

You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for six consecutive  weeks, and the last publication will be made on January 31, 2023, said answer day being the 28th day of February 2023.

In case of your failure to answer or respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules  within the time stated, a judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
