Slm Private Credit Student Loan Trust 2006B, whose last known address is Attention: Legal Department, 12061 Blumont Way, Reston, VA 20190, will take notice that on October 21, 2022, The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for CIT Home Equity Loan Trust 2003-1, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No.  22CV 1929 and styled The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for CIT Home Equity Loan Trust 2003-1 vs. Gwendolyn Belton, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
