To: JOSEPH YORK AND JANE DOE, NAME UNKNOWN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, IF ANY OF JOSEPH YORK, you will take notice on April 29, 2022, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the MAHONING County Court of Common Pleas, being Case Number 22CV 707, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $75,157.97, plus interest at 4.000% per annum from September 2, 2021, plus late charges and fees applicable to the term of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 3918 ARDEN BOULEVARD, YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO 44511 being Permanent Parcel Number: 29-073-0-103.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgaeg have been broken and the same has become absolute. 

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and thst the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendant is required to file an Answer ton or before the Twenty-eighth day following the last date of Publication, said answer day being the 28th day of July 2022.
