By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on
TUESDAY, JULY 5 A.D. 2022

at 1:30 o’clock, P.M., on said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
PROPERTY LOCATION: Lemoyne Avenue, Lot No. 39487 (vacant lot), Youngstown, Ohio 44514.
PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-192-0-398.000.
***The Mahoning County Land Reutilization Corporation has determined Parcel Number 53-192-0-398.000 to be nonproductive land as defined in Ohio Revised Code Section 5722.01(F)(2). As such, if the minimum bid is not received for such property at the sale, it shall be deemed sold to the Mahoning County Land Reutilization Corporation in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code section 5722.03(D).
MINIMUM BID:
$4,118.67 plus interest accruing daily, plus court costs, administrative costs, accrude taxes, penalities, interest and charges.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for $1,000.00, balance in full within thirty (30) days.
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances, and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
