Knight whose last known address is 10333 Rue Fontenay, San Diego, CA 92131, will take notice that on January 10, 2022, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, filed a Complaint alleging that Edson A. Knight breached a promissory note and mortgage to Plaintiff First National Bank of Pennsylvania and is in default under the terms of the note and mortgage for the property described as follows:

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 1917 Ridgelawn Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-162-0-074.000

The above named defendants are hereby notified that they are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 25th day of March 2022.
