The Court finds that the service of summons cannot be made other than by publication on Defendands: Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatee, Executor, Administrator, Spouses and Assigns, and the Unknown Guardians of minor and or incompetent Heirs of Elissa A. Jones aka Elissa Ann Jones, Aiesha Joe and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Aiesha Joe, whose last known place of residence are Unknown

Each of you will take notice that on September 24, 2021, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, being 21CV 1712 alleging that there is due to Plaintiff the sum of $39,754.84 plus interest at 7.20000% per annum from May 1, 2019, plus late charges, pre-payemnt penalties, title charges, court costs and expenses as applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 307 East Ravenwood AvenueYoungstownOhio 44507 being permanent parcel number 53-117-0-290.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein; for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real propery, and the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendant(s) are required to file an Answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication which shall be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 10th day of March 2022, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
