To: FRANK HARMON TAYLOR and JANE DOE, NAME UNKNOWN, SPOUSE OF FRANK HARMON TAYLOR, you will take notice that on October 20, 2021, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the MAHONING County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 21CV 1887, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $9,073.87, plus interest at the rate 6.875% per annum from August 28, 2016, plus late charges and fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 571 MADERA AVE., YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO 44504, being permanent parcel number Parcel Number: 53-082-0-097.000.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the twenty-eighth day following the last date of Publication, said answer day being the 3rd day of March 2022.
