Felix Carbon aka Felix John Carbon's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on November 5, 2021, a Complaint was filed in the matter of LoanCare, LLC v. Elisabeth R. Carbon aka Elisabeth Rose Carbon, et al., Case No, 21CV 2008 the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Felix Carbon aka Felix John Carbon's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assign, have or may claim to have an interest in the real etate located at 66 College Street, Poland Village, Ohio 44514 and known as Parcel Number 36-005-0-049.000. A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Mahoning County Auditor's Office, located at 120 Market Street, First floor, Youngstown, Ohio 44503.

You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for six consecutive  weeks, said answer day being the 10th day of March 2022.

In the case of your failure to answer or  respond as permitted by the Ohio Civil Rules within the time stated, a judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
