Schneider, whose last known address is 9835 North Lima Road, Poland, Ohio 44514, will take notice that on October 6, 2021, The Huntington National Bank, Successor by Merger to Sky Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 21CV 1797, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns of Jack E. Schneider, Deceased, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devises, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns of John G. Schneider, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jack E. Schneider, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, Unknown Spouse, if any, of John G. Schneider, Laurie Leonelli, John Doe, Real Name Unknown, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Laurie Leonelli, William Johnstone, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, Unknown Spouse, if any, of William Johnstone, James Carr, Ava Carr, David A. Premises commonly known as: 9835 North Lima Road, Poland, Ohio 44514

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 01-214-0-011.000

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 10th day of February 2022.
