To: JUANITA TAYLOR DAVIS and JAMES DOE, NAME UNKNOWN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, IF ANY OF JUANITA TAYLOR DAVIS and UNKNOWN ADMINISTRATOR, EXECUTOR OR FIDUCIARY, UNKNOWN HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, UNKNOWN SPOUSES, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF GERALDINE TAYLOR GREENE, and UNKNOWN ADMINISTRATOR, EXECUTOR OR FIDUCIARY, UNKNOWN HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, UNKNOWN SPOUSES, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF BILL ALBERT HARMON, will take notice that on October 20, 2021, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the MAHONING County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 21CV 1887, alleging that there is due and owing thereon the principal sum of $9,073.87, plus interest at the rate 6.875% per annum from August 28, 2016, plus late charges, costs and other amounts permitted under the terms of a Promissory Note, Mortgage and Ohio Law. The real property, which has a street address of 571 MADERA AVENUE, YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO 44504, being permanent parcel number Parcel Number: 53-082-0-097.000.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Paintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the twenty-eighth day following the last date of Publication, said answer day being the 2nd day of February, 2022.
