Stanley, whose Identities and Address(es) are Unknown, will take notice that on September 27, 2021, The Huntington National Bank successor by merger to Sky Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 21CV 1727, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), James Clarence Stanley, Loretta Stanley, Margaret Stanley aka Ruthy Stanley, Terry Stanley, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Terry Stanley, Larry Stanley, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Larry Stanley, John and/or Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Kathy Stanley-Perry, John and/or Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Mamie R. Anderson and John and/or Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Robert L. Stanley, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as: 90 Lake Pointe Circle, Canfield, Ohio 44406

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 26th day of January 2022.
