To: Randall Eugene Grohovsky and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Randall Eugene Grohovsky, Name Unknown, you will take notice that on the 19th day of October 2021, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503,  being Case No. 21CV 1872, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $29,902.94 plus interest at  4.18000% per annum from August 1, 2020, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 2497 Rosewae Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, being permanent parcel number  53-154-0-189.000.

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law. 

Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 19th day of January 2022.
