DEFENDANTS.
The Defendant, Ponderosa Park Resort Inc, aka Ponderosa Park Resorts Inc, whose last known place of residence was 2781 W. Macarthur Blvd., Suite B330, Santa Ana, CA 92704, but whose's current residence or principle place of business is are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on the 5th day of August 2021, Plaintiff, Tarry J. Pidgeon, filed a Foreclosure Complaint, in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, the same being Case No. 21CV 1381 in said Court. The object of the Complaint and demand for relief is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendants have or claims to have an interest:

The Defendants listed above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice, which will be published once a week for three successive weeks, said answer day being the 15th day of December 2021.
