To the Defendants the unknown spouse, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, devisees, legatees, and/or assigns, and their spouses, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, legatees, devisees and/or assigns, if any, of William T. Joynes, whose present location is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:
Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 6th day of October 2021. The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under two mortgages against the following described real estate:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Mineral Ridge Village Lot No. 223, as shown by the Plat of the Village of Mineral Ridge, as recorded in Volume 4 of Maps, Page 28, Mahoning County Records. Be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 1588 East County Line Road, Mineral Ridge, Ohio 44440.
PRIOR DEED REFERENCE: OR Volume 6187, Page 1011.
The relief demanded by Plaintiff is judgment against the real estate owned by William T. Joynes, now deceased, in the amount of $74,360.04 plus interest at the rate of 3.6250% per annum from May 1, 2019 costs and such other legal and equitable relief to which it may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice setting forth whatever right, title or interest you have or may claim to have in the aforementioned premises or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same. The publication will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 28th day of October, 2021, said answer day being the 25th day of November 2021.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
