Pidgeon, filed a Foreclosure Complaint, in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, the same being Case No. 21CV 1381 in said Court. The object of the Complaint and demand for relief is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendants have or claims to have an interest:

The Defendants listed above are required   to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) successive weeks, said answer day being the 27th day of October 2021.
