Weikart, AKA Jerry Lee Weikart, whose last known address is 161 Afton Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512, will take notice that on August 4, 2021, U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-BC1, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 21CV 1377  and styled U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-BC1 vs John Doe(s), Name(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Jerry L. Weikart, AKA Jerry Lee Weikart and their unknown spouses and creditors; and the unknown spouse of Jerry L. Weikart, AKA Jerry Lee Weikart, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
