Whitehouse, Jr., AKA Ken Whitehouse, Jr., whose last known address is 3611 Risher Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, will take notice that on June 25, 2021, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR1, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No 21CV 1091 and styled U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR1 vs. John Doe(s), Name(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Kenneth J. Whitehouse, Jr., AKA Ken J. Whitehouse, Jr., AKA Ken Whitehouse, Jr. and their unknown spouses and creditors; and the unknown spouse of Kenneth J. Whitehouse, Jr., AKA Ken J. Whitehouse, Jr., AKA Ken Whitehouse, Jr., et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
