To the Defendants the unknown spouse, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, devisees, legatees, and/or assigns, and their spouses, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, legatees, devisees, and/or assigns, if any, of Anna Marie Hempstead, aka Anna M. Hempstead, whose present location is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:
Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 2nd day of July, 2021.
The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under two mortgages against the following described real estate:
The following described property: Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Struthers City Lot No. 2670 as lots are now numbered in said City, said Lot No. 2670 fronts 46 feet on the west side of Fifth Street, and extends back of even width, 145 feet.

The relief demanded by Plaintiff is judgment against the subject real estate in the amount of $42,601.50 plus interest at the rate of 7.250% per annum from January 6, 2020 plus interest at the rate of 5.750% per annum from May 7, 2021 costs and such other legal and equitable relief to which it may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice setting forth whatever right, title or interest you have or may claim to have in the aforementioned premises or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same. The publication will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on 28th day of July, 2021, said answer day being the 25th day of August 2021.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
