Ornelas, whose last known address is 4490 25th Avenue Southwest, Naples, FL 34116, will take notice that on April 12, 2021, PNC Bank, National Association, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio, 44503, assigned  Case No. 21CV 602 and stlyed PNC Bank, National Assocation vs. Pamela J. Ornelas, as beneficiary under the transfer on death designation and possible heir of Michael R. Ornelas, et al. The object of and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
