Thomas E. Moss's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns and Mary Jane Moss's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on April 16, 2021, a Complaint was filed in the matter of Premier Bank, Etc v. Thomas E. Moss's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, et al., Case No. 21CV 652, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market St., Youngstown, Ohio 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Thomas E. Moss's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns and Mary Jane Moss's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 490 Westgate Blvd., Youngstown, Ohio 44515 and known as Parcel Number 48-095-0-249.000. A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Mahoning County Auditor's Office, located at 120 Market St., 1st floor, Youngstown, Ohio 44503.

You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice,  which will be published once per week for six consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on June 25, 2021, said answer day being the 23rd day of July 2021.

In the case of your failure to answer or  respond as permitted by the Ohio Civil Rules within the time stated, a judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
