Defendants Unknown Estate of Geraldine D. Cownden, Deceased; Unknown Executor of the Estate of Geraldine D. Cownden, Deceased; Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Beneficiaries, Legatees of Geraldine D. Cownden, Deceased and their, Unknown Spouse, and Creditors and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Geraldine D. Cownden, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on May 3, 2021, Seven Seventeen Credit Union, Incorporated, filed a Complaint in Foreclosure (In Rem) in Case No. 21CV 738 in the Court of Common Pleas Mahoning County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants above, among others, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 3944 Sylvia Lane, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, PPN: 29-073-0-317.000. A complete leagl description may be obtained with the Mahoning County Auditor's Office located at 120 Market Street, 1st Floor, Youngstown, Ohio 44503.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of a promissory note, the conditions of that certain mortgage dated June 29, 2009 and recorded on July 7, 2009, under Instrument No. 200900017668, in the Official Records of Mahoning County, Ohio, given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has been absolute.
The Plaintiff prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
THE DEFENDANT(S) NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER WITHIN TWENTY-EIGHT (28) DAYS AFTER LAST PUBLICATION, WHICH SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR THREE (3) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, SAID ANSWER DAY BEING THE 24th day of June 2021 OR THEY MIGHT BE DENIED A HEARING IN THIS CASE.
