DEFENDANTS.

Unknown Surviving Spouse, Next of Kin, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, and Personal Representatives, if any, of Mary R. Semko, Deceased, whose last known addresses are unknown and all of whose residences are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 19th day of January 2021, PNC Bank, National Association, successor by merger to National City Bank, filed its Cross-Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 20CV 1356 in said Court against Unknown Surviving Spouse, Next of Kin, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, and Personal Representatives, if any, of Mary R. Semko, Deceased, et al praying for Judgment of $50,055.63 with intereset at the rate of 11.375% per annum from October 15, 2019, until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit: 

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 48-006-0-047.000

STREET ADDRESS: 3961 New Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44515.

A COMPLETE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE THE COUNTY AUDITOR.

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said Judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Cross-Complainant's Judgment and for such other relief to which Cross-Complainant is entitled.

Said Defendant(s) will take notice that they will be required to answer said Cross-Complaint on or before the 23rd day of June 2021 or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
