The Defendant, Option One Mortgage Corporation nka Sand Canyon Corporation, whose current address is unknown, will  take notice that on May 21, 2020, the Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for ABFC 2004-OPT4 Trust, ABFC Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-OPT4, filed its Complaint in Case No 20CV 899, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real proprty located at 345 E Pennsylvania Avenue, Sebring, Ohio 44672 Permanent Parcel No. 21-003-0-052.000, ("Real Estate") and alleged that the Defendant, has or may have an interest in this Real Estate. 

The Defendant, Option One Mortgage Corporation nka Sand Canyon Corporation is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 9th day of June 2021. In the event that the Defendant, Option One Mortgage Corporation nka Sand Canyon Corporation failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
