DEFENDANTS.
TO: John Doe, Name Unknown, Successor Trustee of the Donna J. Borcheck Revocable Living Trust U/D March 27, 2007, you will take notice that on January 14, 2021, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the MAHONING County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 2021 CV 78, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $136,735.00, plus interest at 4.000% per annum from March 1, 2020, plus late charges and fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street adress of 8302 WEATHERED WOOD TRL., POLAND, OHIO 44514, being permanent parcel number Parcel Number: 35-064-0-033.000. Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint was subsequently filed on February 18, 2021.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of sale real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the twenty-eighth day following the last date of Publication, said answer day being the 21st day of April 2021.
