Ligotti, whose last known address is 506 North State Street, Girard, OH 44420, John Doe Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, of Elaine M. Ligotti (if any), whose last known address if 506 North State Street, Girard, OH 44420, will take notice that on December 18, 2020, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee for REO Trust 2017-RPL1, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case Number 20CV 2064  and styled U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee for REO Trust 2017-RPL1 vs. John Doe(s) Name(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees legatees, beneficiaries of Joseph A. Ligotti and their unknown spouses and creditors; and, the unknown spouse of Joseph A. Ligotti, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
