Green, AKA Cheryl Green, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on February 24, 2020, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, in trust for the registered holders of Morgan Stanley Home Equity Loan Trust 2007-2 Mortgage, Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-2, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning Couty Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 20CV 452 and styled Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, in trust for the registered holders of Morgan Stanley Home Equity Loan Trust 2007-2 Mortgage, Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-2 vs. Deborah Mose, as Possible Heir to the Estate of Cheryl A. Green, AKA Cheryl Green, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate describedd below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
