Unknown Executor or Administrator of the Estate of Charles A. Granger, Jane Doe Name Unknown, Unknown Spouse of Charles A. Granger, The Unknown Heirs, Assigns, Legatees, Devisees of Charles A. Granger, and Unknown Spouses of the Unknown Heirs, Assigns, Legatees, and Devisees, of Charles A. Granger, will take notice that the Plaintiff, Trinity Financial Services, LLC, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, with the above reference case number. The object of and demand for relief in the Complaint is to foreclose upon the Plaintiff's Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plainitff alleges that the foregoing Defendant(s) have or claim to have an interest:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio
And known as being Lot No. 324 in Highland Park Plat. No. 6, as shown by Plat Vol. 45, Page 91, Mahoning County Records. Said Lot has a frontage of 70 feet on the South line of Cannon Drive and extends back on its West line 145.09 feet and on its East line 145.09 feet, having a rear line of 70 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less.
Subject to all easements, covenants, reservations, leases and restrictions of record, all legal highways, all rights of way, all zoning, building and other laws, ordinances and regulations, all rights of tenants in possession, and all real estate taxes and assessments not yet due and payable.

The Defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of the legal notice, said answer day being the 26th day of February 2021. This legal notice will be published once a week for three successive weeks.
