DEFENDANTS.
Defendants, The Estate of William G. McEwan, Deceased, the Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Legatees, Assigns and Creditors of William G. McEwan, Deceased and the Unknown Spouse, if any, of William G. McEwan, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on August 27, 2020, Applecrest Condominium Association, filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that there is due Plaintiff the sum of $10,218.00 in unpaid condominium maintenance fees and assessments plus subsequent unpaid fees, costs, and attorney fees, as of the property known as 6020 Applecrest Court, Boardman, Ohio 44512, being permanent parcel #29-008-0-294.000, and further described as being:
Situated in the Township of Boardman, Count of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known a Unit A, Building 2, as shown by the R. H. Mathews Plat No 1 as recorded in Volume 74, Page 173, Mahoning County Records together with the respective undivided interest in the common areas and facilities as shown on the Condominium Declaration and By-Laws and Drawings applying to the various units aforesaid as recorded in Volume 74, Page 210-240 inclusive as to Lots 4 and 5 of Mahoning County Records of Plats. Said Declaration and By-Laws creating and establishing ownership for Applecrest Condohomes Condominium is recorded in Volume 1488, Page 591 of Mahoning County Records as to Lots 1, 2 and 3 and this Expansion Amendment to said Declaration thereof is recorded in Volume 1493, Page 944 of Mahoning County Records.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of plaintiff's condominium lien, marshalling of liens, and sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants are required to answer within 28 days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 26th day of February 2021.
