The Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators and/or Executors of Carl L. Strait, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on September 14, 2020, the Plaintiff, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as trustee for Stanwich Mortgage Loan Trust A, filed its Complaint in Case No. 20CV 1512, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 115 East Lucius Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507, Permanent Parcel No. 53-119-0-166.000  ("Real Estate") and alleged that the Defendant has or may have an interest in this Real Estate. 

The Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators and/or Executors of Carl L. Strait is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 10th day of December 2020. In the event that the Defendant, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators and/or Executors of Carl L. Strait failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
