John Doe Name Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Cindy Millward and their unknown spouses and creditors; and the unknown spouse of Cindy Millward, whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on August 28, 2020, Citibank, N.A., not in its individual capacity, but solely as owner trustee of the New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2019-5, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas  at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 20CV 1436 and styled Citibank, N.A., not in its individual capacity, but solely as owner trustee of the New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2019-5 vs. Duane John Pannunzio, Sr., as Possible Heir to the Estate of Cindy Millward, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
