DEFENDANTS.
Frankie Gaeta aka Frankie S. Gaeta aka Frankie S Dolin and John Doe, name unknown, spouse of Frankie Gaeta aka Frankie S. Gaeta aka Frankie S. Dolin, whose last known address is 622 Vine Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812, and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Frankie Gaeta, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 3rd day of February 2020, Quicken Loans Inc filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 20CV 248 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 4704 Euclid Boulevard, Boardman, Ohio 44512 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 6186, Page 360, of this County Recorder's Office.
PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 29-009-0-260.000
All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 6th day of November 2020, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
