Houser, whose last known address is 3613 Loveland Road, Youngstown Ohio 44502, John Doe Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse of Elizabeth Houser, (if any), whose last known address is 3613 Loveland Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44502,  will take notice that on June 29, 2020, U.S. Bank National Association, as indenture trustee, for the holders of the CIM Trust 2018-R1, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2018-R1, filed its Complaint in the  Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 20CV 1062 and Styled U.S. Bank National Association, as indenture trutee, for the holders of the CIM Trust 2018-R1, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2018-R1 vs. John Doe(s) Name(s) Unknown the Unknown, heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Raymond H. House, AKA Raymond A. Houser and their unknown spouses and creditors, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
