Carson, AKA Leslie Ezell Carson, whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on the June 24, 2020, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2007-BR4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-BR4, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 20CV 1041 and styled Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2007-BR4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-BR4 vs. Norma Carson, as Possible Heir to the Estate of Leslie E. Carson, AKA Leslie Ezell Carson, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
