Eckert, whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on May 7, 2020, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee for Residential Funding Mortgage Securities II, Inc., Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-HS1, Home Equity Loan-Backed Term Notes, Home Equity Loan-Backed Variable Funding Notes, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 20CV 828 and styled The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee for Residential Funding Mortgage Securities II, Inc., Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-HS1, Home Equity Loan-Backed Term Notes, Home Equity Loan-Backed Variable Funding Notes vs. John Doe(s), Name Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Sheryl E. Eckert and their unknown spouses and creditors; and the unknown spouse of Sheryl E. Eckert, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to hae an interest:
