John Doe(s) Name(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Shari Pritchard, aka Shari Lane Pritchard and their unknown spouses and creditors, and the unknown spouse of Shari Pritchard, AKA Shari Lane Pritchard, whose last known address is Unknown, will  take notice that on March 31, 2020, NewRez LLC dba Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, asigned Case No. 20CV 711 and styled NewRez LLC dba Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing vs. Diane Berryman, as Possible Heir to the Estate of Shari Pritchard, AKA Shari Lane Pritchard, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
