Mark R. King and Liberty R. King, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on April 27, 2020, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank Trust National Association as Trustee of American Homeowner Preservation Trust Series 2015A+, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case No. 20CV 791, seeking foreclosure of its mortgage lien in the following described real estate to wit:
Real Property situated in the City of Youngstown, Mahoning County, Ohio further described as follows:
Known as being the Easterly 100 feet of Youngstown City Lot Numbers 32565 and 32566 in Eugene Kirk Plat of Part of Out Lot Numbers 711, 1375 and 1388, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, as recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 82, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lots have a combined frontage of 80 feet on the west line of Sunshine Avenue and extends back on its north line 100 feet, and on its south line 100 feet, having a combined rear line of 80 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 526 Sunshine Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505.
The above-named Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 24th day of July 2020. In the event that the above-named Defendants fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint without further hearing.
