Talbot, whose last known address is 4900 McGuffey Road, Lowellville, Ohio 44436; Unknown Spouse of Kathleen Talbot aka Kathleen H. Talbot whose last known address is 4900 McGuffey Road Lowellville, OH 44436; and Unknown Tenants, Occupants, and Land Contract Vendees whose last known address is 4900 McGuffey Road Lowellville, OH 44436 will take notice that on March 31, 2020 First National Bank of Pennsylvania filed a Complaint alleging that Kathleen Talbot aka Kathleen H. Talbot breached promissory notes and mortgages to Plaintiff First National Bank of Pennsylvania and is in default under the terms of the notes and mortgages for the property described as follows:

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS.: 42-012-0-010.000 and 42-012-0-009.000

PROPERTY LOCATION: 4900 McGuffey Road, Lowellville, Ohio 44436.

The above-named defendants are hereby notified that they are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 23rd day of July 2020.
