Defendants, Harry L. Franklin, Joseph Anthony Franklin, Rita L. Franklin and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Joseph Anthony Franklin, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on February 26, 2020, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank Trust National Association as Trustee of American Homeowner Preservation Trust Series 2015A+, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 20CV 468 seeking foreclosure of its mortgage lien in the following described real estate to wit:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 27882, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, formerly Sub Lot No. 8 in Holland Heights Plat a subdivision of part of Original Youngstown Township Great Lot No. 47, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 13 of Maps, Page 17 of Mahoning County Records. Said Youngstown City Lot No. 27882 has a frontage of 50 feet on the Northerly side of Holland Avenue and extends back therefrom between parallel lines 125 feet on the Westerly line, 125 feet on the Easterly line and has a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat.

The above-named Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 30th day of June 2020. In the event that the above-named Defendants fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint without further hearing.
