Parker, AKA Benjamin Parker (if any), whose last known address is 6228 Tippecanoe Road, Canfield, Ohio 44406, will take notice that on the January 15, 2020, Freddie Mac, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, assigned Case No. 20CV 120 and styled Freddie Mac vs. Benjamin D. Parker AKA Benjamin Parker, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or calims to have an interest:
