The Court finds that the service of Simmons cannot be made other than by publication on Defendants, Ceyanie Dubose, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Ceyanie Dubose, Trafina Sutton-Figueroa and Unknown Spouse, if any of Trafina Sutton-Figueroa. The last known place of residence for Defendants Ceyanie Dubose, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Ceyanie Dubose is: 414 Norwood, Youngstown, Ohio 44504 and the last known place of residence for Defendants Trafina Sutton-Figueroa and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Trafina Sutton-Figueroa is: 1078 Peters Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43201, each of you will take notice that on August 15, 2019, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being 19CV 1674, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $34,514.37, plus interest at 11.74% per annum from July 17, 2016, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissiory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 414 Norwood, Youngstown, Ohio 44504 being permanent parcel number PPN 53-008-0-206.000.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for forelcosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendants are required to file an Answer within Twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 16th day of January 2020, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
