The Defendants, Ashley Beck, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Ashley Beck and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of the Estate of Arthur C. Beck, but whose current address are unknown, will take notice that on August 22, 2019. Plaintiff, Lithay, LLC, filed a Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 19CV 1727, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 851 Pasadena Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, being permanent parcel number 53-113-0-265.000 ("Real Estate"), and allege that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. 

The Defendants, Ashley Beck, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Ashley Beck and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of the Estate of Arthur C. Beck, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last  publication of this notice, said answer day being the 15th day of January 2020. In the event that the Defendants, Ashley Beck, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Ashley Beck and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of the Estate of Arthur C. Beck, fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff Complaint.
