Luc breached a promissory note and mortgage to Plaintiff Geauga Savings Bank and are in default under the terms of the note and mortgage for the property described as follows:

The above named defendants are hereby notified that they are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 8th day of January 2020.
