Unknown Spouse, if any, of Donald W. Suttelle and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Assignees, if any, of Donald W. Suttelle, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on July 19, 2019 the Plaintiff, Fifth Third Bank, an Ohio Banking Corporation, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 19CV 1497 seeking foreclosure of its mortgage lien in the following described real estate to wit:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Sublot Number 988 in Highland Park Plat Number 17, a subdivision of a part of Original Austintown Township Great Lot Number 16, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 59 of Maps, Pages 8 and 9.

The above named Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 5th day of November 2019. In the event that the above named Defendants fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint without further hearing.
