Burns and their unknown spouses and creditors; and the unknown spouse of Vincent Burns, AKA Vincent L. Burns, whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on August 26, 2019, American Advisors Group, filed its Complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas at 120 Market Street, Youngstown OH 44503, assigned Case No. 19CV 1742 and styled American Advisors Group vs. Marsha Vivo, as Possible Heir to the Estate of Vincent Burns, AKA Vincent L. Burns, et al. The object of and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plainitiff alleges that the forgoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
