To the Defendants Earlean Anderson and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Earlean Anderson, whose addresses are unknown:
Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as Defendants in the above-named court by filing its Complaint on January 18, 2019.
The object of the Complaint is to foreclosure the mortgage against Defendants. The prayer is that Plaintiff be found to have a good and valid first lien on the within described premises in the amount as set forth in the complaint and accrued interest and penalties, if any; that each of the Defendants be required to answer setting up their interest, if any, in said premises, or be forever barred from asserting same; that unless the amount found due the Plaintiff be paid within a reasonable time to be named by the Court, the equity of redemption of said Defendants shall be foreclosed and an order of sale issued to the Plaintiff for it to be directed to sell said premises as upon execution, and for such other relief as Plaintiff may be entitled.
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot Numbers 54374, 54375 and 54376 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city as shown in a plat hereof known as Lincoln Park Allotment recorded in Volume 19, at Page 70, Mahoning County Records of Plats.
Said Youngstown City Lot Numbers 54374, 54375 and 54376 have a combined frontage of 90 feet on the West line of Camden Avenue and extends back on the North line 110 feet and extends back on its South line 110 feet, and having a rear line of 90 feet as appears by said plat.
PERMANENT PARCEL NOS.: LOT 54376 - 53-210-0-237.000, LOT 54375 - 53-210-0-238.000 and LOT 54374 - 53-210-0-239.000
PROPERTY LOCATION: 318 Camden Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505.
Prior Deed Reference: Official Record Book 4857, Page 198, Recorder's Office, Mahoning County, Ohio.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for three successive weeks, and the last publication will be made on September 12, 2019, said answer day being the 10th day of October 2019.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
