Patterson; the Unknown Spouse of Victor L. Patterson; the Unknown Tenant/Occupant/Vendee/Assignee of Victor L. Patterson; Nicole Patterson, aka Nicole M. Patterson: The Unknown Spouse of Nicole Patterson, aka Nicole M. Patterson; and the Unknown Tenant/Occupant/Vendee/Assignee of Nicole Patterson, aka Nicole M. Patterson, as Defendants, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 19CV 1424 in said Court, demanding foreclosure of a certain promissory note and mortgage deed, barring of the equity of redemption, marshalling of liens and judicial sale and for other proper legal and equitable relief, upon the following described real property.
