at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot No. 58111 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city as recorded in Volume 34 of Plats, Page 76, Mahoning County Records, and is bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point where the southwesterly curved line of Chapel Hill Drive intersects the southeast line of City Lot No. 58110; thence southwesterly along the southeast line of said Lot No. 58110, 230.93 feet to a point on the easterly right of way of The Ohio Edison Company; thence S along the east line of said right of way 42.53 feet to a point on the north line of City Lot No. 60634; Thence E along the north line of City Lot No. 60634, 133.03 feet to a point on the west line of City Lot No. 58112; thence N along the west line of City Lot No. 58112, 178.76 feet to a point on the southwesterly curved line of Chapel Hill Drive; thence northwesterly along the southwesterly curved line of Chapel Hill Drive, 60 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 1926 Chapel Hill Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.

APPRAISED VALUE: $76,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
