DEFENDANTS.

To: Unknown heirs, next of kin, surviving spouse, devisees, legatees, creditors and beneficiaries of the Estate of Cecilia Nichols, deceased, whose last known address is: unknown; you will take notice that on the 30th day of December, 2013, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 13CV 3618, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $59,428.45 plus interest at 6.125% per annum from June 1, 2013, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 400 West Walnut Street and Vacant Land on West Walnut Street, Lowellville, OH 44436, being PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 40-006-0-296.000 and 40-006-0-297.000

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 19th day of March, 2014.
