By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on

And known as being the Westerly 61 feet of Lot No. 4968 according to the enumeration of lots in said City in A.B. Youngs Plat as recorded in Volume 7 of Plats, Page 5, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of 61 feet on the Northerly side of Madison Avenue and extends back a distance of 83.93 feet on the Easterly line, which is also the Westerly line of Elm Street, 84.5 feet on the Westerly line, and having a rear line of 61 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

MINIMUM BID:

$30,000.00 plus interest accruing daily, plus court costs, administrative costs, accrued taxes, penalties, interest and charges.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
