By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on

Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known and described as follows, to wit: And known as and being Campbell City Lot Nos. 1293 and 1294 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City.

Said lots taken together form a compact parcel of land having a frontage of 100 feet on the North line of Penhale Avenue and extends back between parallel lines a distance of 150 feet and have a combined rear line of 100 feet, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 496 Penhale Avenue, Campbell, Ohio 44405.

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 46-009-0-039.000 and 46-009-0-040.000 ("Certificate Parcels").

***If such parcel does not receive a sufficient bid at the initial sale, it shall be re-advertised and offered for sale again, without appraisal and according to law, in The Daily Legal News.

MINIMUM BID:

$18,500.00 plus interest accruing daily, plus court costs, administrative costs, accrued taxes, penalties, interest and charges.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
